Terms of Service.

  1. Our 60 & 120-minute delivery guarantees apply only to GOLD and PLATINUM packages. You choose your edits in-studio, and once you leave, the clock starts.

  2. Our 2 day delivery guarantee, apply to business days, Mondays to Fridays, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, and apply to the PRIMO & PRIMO MAX packages. The clock starts once we have confirmed receipt of your selected photos for retouching. To ensure quality, please allow for delivery until end of calendar day on the second business day.

  3. All requests and potential exceptions must be agreed to in writing. If either of us need an exception to be made to the service for whatever reason, those exceptions must be agreed to in writing (typically via text message)!

  4. Communicate any special needs or requests before booking, so we can try to accommodate them during scheduling. Failure to inform us in advance may disrupt your session.

  5. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours of booking, else it automatically cancels. Check your confirmation email for instructions.

  6. We reserve the right to modify your appointment if needed due to emergencies or unforeseen issues. To date, we’ve never had to do this, but include this clause as a precaution.

  7. Bring your own clothing and arrive with hair and makeup ready (if applicable). Hair and makeup services are available for an additional fee, which must be arranged before booking.

  8. You are fully responsible for your health and safety while traveling to, from, and while inside our studio. By booking, you waive your right to legal action against us and release us from liability.

  9. Select your preferred photos for retouching within 48 hours, to avoid us choosing for you. We suggest selecting your photos in-studio, so we can give guidance.

  10. If needed, you get one revision of your edits within 24 hours of delivery. Added revisions are $20 per photo, per round. Ex: 3 photos with 2 added revisions would cost $120+tax.

  11. Download and back up your photos to multiple devices within 72 hours of delivery. We do not store backups after this period, so ensure your files are saved securely.

  12. Your card is charged within 24 hours of appointment confirmation. Rescheduling is free with more than 48 hours notice. For changes less than 48 hours, 50% of the package price applies to re-book. No-shows & same-day cancellations forfeit their session fee entirely. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice may be eligible for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (which we do not get refunded to us from our booking system & merchant services).
