You are responsible for bringing your own clothing, as well as arriving with your hair and makeup (if applicable), already done. We only provide makeup and hair services upon request, for an additional fee which needs to be discussed prior to booking your appointment.

Your card will be charged within 24 hours of us having confirmed your appointment. If you need to cancel, you will receive store credit, not a refund. You may reschedule your shoot if done more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment’s scheduled start time, for no added fee. After that, your appointment will need to be re-booked at 75% of the listed rate.

TorontoHeadshotsAndPortraits.ca reserves the right to modify your appointment, with reasonable notice. Reasons may be for emergencies, sickness, etc. While this is possible, it is definitely not likely and we always honour our clients’ originally scheduled time, near 100% of the time.

If you have any special needs or requests, please make sure to communicate those to us before placing your booking, so that if extra precautions or care is required, we can schedule with those in mind. Failure to disclose special needs in a timely manner may result in disruption(s) to your scheduled shoot time.

By booking with us, you agree to waive us of all liability related to your photoshoot. You agree that you are 100% responsible for your being, self, and health, while on your way to, inside of, and departing from our photo studio.

Once the photo proofs are delivered, you will have 24 hours to choose your preferred photos for retouching. Failure to do so, will result in the photographer choosing the best photos for you. While we have good taste, they may not be the photos YOU prefer, so please ensure you choose your favourite photos for retouching in a timely manner.

Once your content is delivered, you are responsible for downloading and backing up your photo(s) within 72 hours of them having been sent to you. Make sure to back them up, and store them somewhere secure. TorontoHeadshotsAndPortraits.ca does not keep a backup of your photos after the 72 hour download period has expired.

Need revisions to your photos? All clients have 24 hours from delivery of edits to request one free round of revisions / adjustments to their edits. If you need further revisions / adjustments, this will be billed at $20 per photo, per round of revisions. For example, if there are two photos you need adjusted, and you ask for 3 rounds of adjustments, you’d be looking at $20 per photo x 2 = $40, multiplied by 3 rounds of revisions = $120+tax.

Our 1 business day guarantee applies only to the GOLD and PLATINUM packages, and not to the LEGENDARY package. The 1 business day is measured from the moment you select your preferred image(s) for editing, assuming it’s during business hours (if selected after 9pm, your selection will be considered as having been selected at noon the next day).
